Squealing brakes while driving?

I have a problem on my 78 F250 that when I am driving from 5-25mph I hear a squealing from my brakes. It sounds like it's coming from the rear. It's a high pitched noise. Me and my buddy pulled the rear drums and everything looks new. Plenty of pad, drum lining looked good, etc. Front discs are in great shape too. Brakes work great, just this darn high pitched noise. It goes away the second you hit the brakes. Any ideas? Thanks.

That was happening to me once as well. Turns out my parking brake cables were catching.

None on the pads/shoes I have. There is 90% of the pad and shoe material left.

but before you go about replacing/fixing those, is there a noticable "catch" when you let off the gas?

Not really. It seems to coast fine. The parking brake does require quite a bit of force to engage the first click though.
