New Guy

New here, I own a 2005 F 250 Crew Cab SuperDuty 5.4/3.73 that I use to pull my camper. I just ordered a 2009 F 250 CC 6.8L/4.10 because I wanted more power. From what I have heard it should be a noticeable difference. I hope to learn as much as possible about this combination of running gear.

Do you still own the 05? Yes you will notice a difference. You will even notice more once she's well broken in.

nice choice, and hells ya you'll notice a difference...

between the extra 2 cylinders and the gearing ur gunna be 1 happy camper, so to speak, hahaah

Yes I still have it for now. I have heard others say it takes a while and the 6.8L seems to improve some with age. How long does it normally take to see that jump?
