05 EXPY EB, the there is something wrong with the rear AC. When you turn it on the is a clicking sound in the rear compartment on the passenger side in the back. I could probably fix it but I cant figure out how the get that rear cover off to see inside. I dont want to break any of it, How do I remove the cover
It sounds like it is one of the two blend door actuators. Search on that topic - there is detailed info on how to diagnose which one it is, and how to change it. You may also want to search rear climate control and thumping, which is the noise it usually makes when they go bad.
Dude, I told you what to look for. The info is on the site. It took you two days to respond to my message offering help, but if someone doesn't get back to you right away you get all pissy. In case you still haven't helped yourself, the easiest one to check is the floor to ceiling blend door actuator. It is roght below the little change tray on the right rear quarter panel. pop the change tray off by flexing the long sides inward, it is held by little arrow head barbs so once they clear the opening they are snapped into it willcome right out. Disconnect the little beige box right under the change tray from it's harness. If the problem goes away, then that's your problem. Try that first, the other on is harder to get at.
DUDE, I didn't get pissy, this is what I was looking for THANK YOU !!!
