check engine light

i jave a 91 150 with a 302 and the check engine light keeps coming on then goin off over and over any ideas what it could be

Pull the codes and find out. Look at the top line of this forum page and click on Tech Info and then on OBD1 codes. This will tell you how to pull the codes without a code reader. It should also tell you what the codes mean or you can post any codes you get back here and some of the experts will help you.
