dc, how come some 2-2.5" kits call for the track bar drop bracket while the icon and bilstein kits don't? and by any chance do you know the gvw ratings for the bilstein springs?
Icon and Bilstein most likely don't as then they'd have to get a pitman arm to do it properly.
Icon does recommend the adjustable trac bar on their setup though.
Most people will never notice the little bit their axle is off center.
I've had the Bilstein 2.25" leveling coils on my truck for almost 2 years now. The axle was offset to the drivers side a noticeable amount and the driver side front tire rubbed at full lock left turn.
Installed the Donahoe/Ikon adjustable trac bar as noted above and the axle is centered perfectly now, no more tire rub.
Added the Bilstein 5100HD shocks as well and the ride is greatly improved over stock.
