blow by

my 1992 ford e-150 van 5.0 302
has a problem there are blow by gases comeing out of the oil fill tub
i took it to the ford dealer they siad it not suposed to come out
that is couseing my pinging there is sludge bild up

Well, you probably have bad rings and need to do a dry/wet compression test, at a minimum.
