fuel pressure slowly fall when accelerator

I have no power throughout the driving range and at initial startup the truck wants to stall unless I give it gas at first. the fuel pressure is between 30and 40 when I take the vacuum off the regulator its round 40 when vacuum on and accelerator revving pressure seems to fall slowly or bobble. Shouldn't this slowly go up ? It has a new filter new coil new plug wires etc.... its a 90 f50 302

You have a fuel delivery problem,(bad pump, low voltage at the pump, clogged filter, failing FPR) , pressure should jump immediately when vacuum is removed from the regulator or the throttle is cracked open. Pressure should also hold solid at 40psi when accelerating.

well the filter is new. the pump is old old. the fpr is new etcc.. ill check the voltage first to make sure but what would cause the voltage to be low? computer problem? the pump should be right around 12volts I guess to operate satisfactory ?

A ground problem from corrosion is the most likely cause of low voltage on the pump circuit.
