If it were true the factory would be putting them on to get their CAFE ratings up. Although I am sure they could show those gains by testing a 300K miles sick engine as the stock version and then finding a brand new one to throw their junk on and compare it to.

tuner, like they said if it added gains they would be putting them on from the factory.
save the money go with a tuner or if you want something useless dress it up a bit. mean that in the best way possible.
