If neither the drivers side and the passanger side control won't open them the relay maybe bad.

If one works and the other does not, it may just be time for an actuator replacement.

Of course, you could always take the inop one apart again and look for something obvious, like no remaining motor brush material.

The way to begin the troubleshooting is to verify current is getting out to the door, and go from there.

As Jim said, if you've got an inop relay, there will be no juice to the actuator.

IIRC it is on the firewall in the vicinity of the radio.

Did they all quit at once or one at a time?

Try looking under the radio, up on the firewall. There's a bracket with four relays that looks like this:
http://springerpop.net/F350/images/ParkLtRelay.jpg

You're better-off to take the plastic instrument-panel plastic bezel pieces off first to get to them.

BUT.......

Wouldn't you be miles ahead to see if the actuators are getting voltage? It's LOTS easier to take the door panels off to access the wires to them.

BTW, if they sound like they cycle, but don't actually move, it's the thermisters in the actuators and you just need to do the tin-foil mod in this threaad:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/4...cks-fixed.html

If you do mod the actuators, BE SURE to mark the little motor with a Magic Marker first to insure you put it back together in the correct orientation. Otherwise, the locks work backwards afterwards.
