Check on ebay. I'm one of the lucky few who ordered my truck new, so i ordered it with the rubber floor from the factory (it has insulation attached to the back of the floor). I saw one new in the box on ebay about a month ago that sold for $66. I almost bought it, but decided to just clean mine instead.
I was thinking about the rubber floor too, but I was wondering about road noise and if I'd notice more from less dampening. So I got those rubber mat inserts that go on top of the carpet instead. Easy to take out and clean and they cover up all the stains. Found them cheapest as Amazon.com suprisingly.

It's got insulation on the bottom of it. I've ridden in XLT & Lariats with the carpeting and my truck with the rubber floors is not any louder than the others.
some 4wd shops and car accessory shops over here sell rubber mats with about a 1-2 inch raised lip around the edge for work utes and 4wd's. my mate has some in his 4wd and they are great they catch mud and even water from your boots, so nothing gets to the carpet..
i'm not sure if they are aussie made or not, they probably originated from the U.S. if i find a pic of them i'll put it up. a good alternative to ripping up your carpet..
