ebpv problems

My ebpv is sticking is in the mid 70's here in Huntsville Alabama.I was wondering if i should gut it or delete it.Any instructions would help me.

You can remove the shaft and flap from your stock exhaust outlet housing and plug the holes with freeze plugs (20mm, IIRC) or buy a non EBPV housing. I did the non EBPV Garrett housing and pedestal (oil leak) on my stock turbo before going to the GTP38R.
