moving up
Lately I've been havin some issues with my truck nothing too serious ball joints, UVCH and such. But coming back from a 150 mile trip with the toolcat in tow the tranny let loose....second one in four years. I work for my in-laws and use my truck to pull with quite a bit and they offered to go in half on a new truck, so we have been looking for the last couple of weeks. Finally found a new 08 today, not sure where yet but they have a heck of a rebate so am not to concerned about that. So I am the new co-owner full time driver (father-in-law wont drive it) of an 08 lariat 6.4. I'm going to fix my 01 and put it up for sale....actually a friend of mine wants it pretty bad...hope he can come up with the funds for it.

I hadn't really thought about it, but if my friend doesn't buy the truck I could be persuaded to sell a few things. It will likely be a while before I know for sure what the fate of the old girl will be, but I will keep you informed if they will be available.

I just got word the truck is suppose to be in late tonight or in the AM. I need to call the dealer in the morning to see if we can line up getting the box Rihno Lined and need to get the fifth wheel hitch installed then I should be good to go. I will get some pics up as soon as we take possesion. I really do hate to see the old girl go.....it's the longest that I have owned a vehicle...........ever, but couldn't pass up the offer of only having to buy half a truck.
