If you do a search on this and similar sites you should be able to find detailed info on the swap. Besides the nose I think you'll need the radiator support, bumper, and the bumper brackets.

The more stuff you have from the one your trying to swap on the better. It is by far the easiest if you have the donor truck sitting right there next to the one you want to swap it onto. Most simply you need the fenders the grill the radiotor supports the headlights and all the minor bolts/plates involved with this.
