Problem started May 08. Cranked good but no start. Try an hour or so later, started fine, sometimes would not start until next day. At times it would start but only run at about 300rpm, depressing accelerator had no effect. Took it to Ford, it started for them and they could not find any DTCs. They had it for a week. Ford suggested a new battery. I had it replaced. No problem for 10 months. Now it has started again. Not related to heat or cold, wet or dry, totally random. Don't think it is the battery, 12v after sitting over night and 10.5v while cranking during no start condition. Started for 25 days then on and off problem for three days. Now ok for 12 days and counting. Replaced fuel pump relay and bypassed the inertia switch, no change. During the no start condition the fuel pump makes no sound when key is turned on.
