My friend was tellin me that disiel trucks engines last quite a bit longer than gas generally and I had a question. How are disiels for muddin compared to gas? Thanks, Tyler.
You will have all the torque you need with a diesel but the RPM's are a lot lower and they are slower to respond. Plus the diesel is heavier..probably not a good thing for muddin'

I got my 88 stuck, granted its only a 2wd, but unlike most 2wds that get stuck when the rear ends dig themselves gone, mine got stock I took a look and realized the rear wasn't sunk, but instead the front bumper was touching the mud, end I don't even have 4wd so the front end sank to that, not dug itself.
