Missing wire

Hi guys new to the Ford world and just trying to get my High Idle Control Module working on my 97 Super Duty 7.3 diesel. It's a In Power llc module. The module sais that all conditions are met to enable High idle but when I flick the switch the RPM LED flashes and does nothing. With a little poking around I found the parking bake switch was missing it's wire. I know that the wire is supposed to lt. green/red. What I was wondering is were does this wire go so I can run a new one with out pulling the cluster and tapin into "pin 18 on the blue connector". Also I did see a wire pulled up near the actual brake pedle with a black connector but I could not see the wire color and it was really hard to pull. Does the parking brake wire have another small connector near the fire wall as well?

Any help would be appreciated thanks all

The lightgreen/red goes to a connector on the firewall, were it goes through the firewall. From there it goes to the daytime running lights module on the front driver's lower radiator support. It comes out of the drl module as a pink/white and goes back through the firewall in the same connector and feeds the light in the dash. Before it gets to the firewall on a diesel, somewhere along the way it has a splice and branches off and also goes to the engine computer(located near the driver's side hood hinge), still a pink/white.
