302 to a 460?!?!?!?!?!

How hard would it be to replace a 302 with a 460 in a 1996 F150.

The reason being is that i got a 460 for free. Runs great. Im just finishing up on my projects and i want to have something to occupy myself on the weekends. Im not worry about the suspension in my truck. It has 2 extra leaf springs in the back including shocks and 4 shocks total in front.

the extra springs in the back won't help you, you need stiffer springs in front or your frontend will sag

Well, you need a tranny for that motor as well, whatever is attached to the 5.0 won't fit or survive if you can make it fit. Then there's the whole induction system, do you want to strip it all and use a carb or keep EFI? Neither of these options are easy or cheap.

The radiator is the same for the 460 and the 302 from the factory -either a standard cooling, AC cooling, or Super Cooling radiator.
