Hi,
New to this site but not to Ford.
Have a question I hope someone can answer.
I'm looking at a 2005 F250 4x4.
Will do some snow plowing with it. The one I'm looking at doesn't have the plow prep package. Does have the tow package.
What does the plow prep packaage consist of.
What would I need to plow with this truck. Or should I look for one that is prepped for plowing.
Thanks
Plow package usually upgrades front springs to 5600# or mostly 6000# springs. I think it also adds an auxiliary spring to the rear, larger alternator and well someone else can chime in for what I'm leaving off.
