I was wheeling my trail rig 88 Bronco II back behind my house and I slammed a mudhole and logt all power to everything in the whole truck.... I noticed there was a terrible burned electronic smell coming from what seemed like the solenoid but I am unsure. I noticed the 12V power wire from the fuse block under the dash the orange and black I think, but I think it is fused inline somewhere am I right about this I lost my wiring schem. and I cant seem to locate the fuse right off the bat. Im not really in any kind of hurry on this since its my trail rig bronco, but I would like to start thrashing it again soon.

Sounds like you might have shorted out the starter relay and maybe the fusible links attached to it. I almost nuked my wiring system when doing some deep water and a wet leaf bridged the body/battery and (+) on the starter relay. Knocked my truck dead.
