Fuse 13 blowing

Fuse 13 blowing
My 94 blows fuse 13 constantly. I have disconnected the cruse control switch on the master cylinder, the connectors to the steering column, and the turn signals work to all lights meaning the wiring to the brake lights is good.
Anyone have any ideas??? please

have you taken your bronco in for the Cruise control wiring recall? is the proper size fuse being placed in there? sounds like something is shorting out for sure. I hate electrical stuff like this so good luck. might double check all of your grounds especially those related to that fuse.
