air filter??

Anyone running a kn filter on there 3.0 liter escape just wondering if it helps fuel mpg?? or any more performance???

I had one in both of mine. Modern vehicles don't see as much of a gain as older vehicles. The new air systems are pretty efficient.

Still, never having to change it is worth it to me.

I have used on for 150,000 miles in an '02. Also can't say that it made a difference but it does last forever.

K&N filters will save you money in the long run, and will encourage better air flow to the engine. Once a less restrictive muffler is installed, then you will see results.
