Buy a Bullitt and paint it, that'll only get you excommunicated from just about every Mustang site on the net. 
BTW, if distance is no problem I found a ton of new Roush's and every other aftermarket Mustang in FL when I was looking, there are a ton on ebay, even some new '07s and from there you can search the dealers themselves. There are also a ton of Shelby's in WY and NE but I don't recall any brightly colored ones. We had a '08 Roush here that finally sold last month after sitting for about a year.
