A partial list:
4x4 C6 with the same bell housing pattern as your engine series. Don't bother to ask if you can convert a 2WD model. You can't w/o a complete teardown.
Flex plate for your engine.
Cross member work.
TC adaptor, maybe.
Shifter. Replace column w/shifter, or aftermarket shifter on floor.
Remove clutch or let it lay there like a dead dog.
Drive shaft work, maybe, due to diff in length if any.
Trans cooler, and/or a radiator with the trans cooler in it.
Kickdown and vacuum hookups.
Time, money, a place to work, trans jack, tools, alternate vehicle during the r & r.

The BW tcase shoudl be the standard 6" round pattern. No big deal there. I believe that it has a 31 spline input as well. That part of it should just bolt up.
You may think of switching to a 205 for the strength of a Gear driven Tcase instead of the chain driven unit.
I would be amazed if you did not have to alter your driveshafts....
