engine op. temp.?

went and swiped dads tractor today, on the way home my engine temp stayed @ and slightly above 212, any harm in that? a/c was blasting, and its mid 80's here today

My fan comes on about 210 and stays on until it gets down to between 200 and 205.
As long as its not boiling any water out it isn't hurting anything.
