Locate the associated relay that controls these functions. Remove the relay and physically inspect it and it's contacts. If it looks ok (no corroded or discolored contacts/cracked case etc..) then swap with another relay of the same size and type. If no change in function occurs then your only other alternatives would be to physically inspect/troubleshoot the affected circuit, take to a qualified repair facility or dealer. Listing the trucks details (year/mileage etc..) is always a good idea so others have better information to help or guide you in your problem.
