AOD questioin
I'm looking at this bronco and the guy says it leaks about 1L of tranny fluid a month. (the trans is covered in oil from a leaking pan) and I cant see if the pan is leaking. where are the points that this tranny can leak?

AOD questioin
of course the pan gasket, but it can also leak from the shift lever rod, the front pump seal, pump to case bolts, extension housing, the vent if over filled, output shaft seal, input seal to transfer case, cooler lines and fittings, converter seal. the best thing to do is clean the trans thoroughly and put dye in it, check the fluid level and adjust, then drive a couple of days to let leak, then black light it to find the leak.
