Im not even 100% sure what the holiday is for, but I know its today and its an excuse to go the L.C. and buy some beers.
I read your gas mileage in that post this morning... you get better mileage than I do in my F150.

Does anyone know what the holiday is for? You are right though, it makes an awfully good excuse
Keep in mind that I posted my empty hwy mileage. Also, I have stock sized ATs with no lift

And to you Pete.
So this is the day we are all to get drunk on Mexican beer or something, is it not.

Ya thats what i was thinking to....lol
I burn about 18 liters per 100 kms on the HWy in my 2007 F150, and more when its loaded, or towing.
Might right foot must weigh more than Jason's does, thats all.

Not sure. I think it's supposed to celebrate Mexico's independence from Spain. But like I said, not sure.

That is the confirmed mileage that I got driving from Smithers to Kamloops a couple of weeks ago. That is what the mileage meter read, and it is also what it calculated out to be when I did the math. Call me crazy, but I keep a book and calculator in my truck just to track things like this
On the way back from Kamloops was another story. I did not calculate it out, but the meter says that I got 17L/100kms

I'll take a Pacifico. Or a Sol.
Both are cheaper, and better tasting than Corona.

I forgot about Pacifico. Sol is good. Im a fan of Dos Equis as well. The only problem up here is that those beers don't sell that well. They sit on the shelf for a while and are rarely fresh.
