Kinda of why it is posted here, hoping one of us finds the new owner for it.. and force them to belong to the FTE group.. so we can watch his truck for him..

Sad to see it up for sale.. Pat was right, They don't have a need for it and i am sure they aren't to happy about selling it either. Got to be tough even seeing it and knowing who it belonged to. It would bother me greatly if I was in there shoes and i had to look at it.
It don't quite compare, but i had a recent experience. I found a basketball in our garage from the worlds best dog that my wife and I had for over 10 years, and lost him to illness a couple years ago. It still hurt seeing that Dang Ball. Big time. . I had to dispose of the ball and another i found in the shed. I could imagine seeing that truck out the window and how it would effect me. So I totally understand..
Jim what made you bump into that on the buffalo listing? i was on there today and never picked up on that it was Marks. I seen it and thought that is a hell of a deal.
Wow thats really sad to see but I understand when you have no need for it and need the money sometimes you just have to do it. I wish I had the funds I would love to have another 7.3L.
This really is a valuable truck to those of us who know how it was cared for. I would easily pay more for this truck with over 200k miles than a truck with an unknown history with 50k miles. Mark's spirit lives on in a truck that will give someone a lot of reliable, useful miles.
Our hearts are in the same spot,i started this crazy train,i wanted to keep it, but didn't know how the other kids would take it.well it was mine before marks' lol. "the outlaw son in law". [brian, sams husband]
Hi ya'll.....samantha here...marks youngest, if reading these posts are not a tear jerker i don't know what could be! Oh my goodness!!! Tears flowing right now! I don't know what to do, i am feeling like we should keep the truck! Would my father not love anything more than his truck towing my 6 camaro hot rod to the drags!!!! We will need a truck anyways, just was trying to be fair with the siblings, etc....
My dad would be so proud to say his truck was towing his lol' girls car to the drags....this will be my first year truly racing, (i am still learning)
so anyways....maybe we should take it off, it breaks my heart to begin with and after reading your posts....tears my heart apart....what would mark want?????????? Hmmmmm....what do you think?

Wow, what a post. Samantha, do what you need to do with the truck. I promise we understand what you need to do. I wish I could just buy it right out, but I don't need another truck. As you see, we still have Mark in our hearts. He was a special man. What you decide to do, is good with us.
But Samantha you know as well as the rest of us do that Mark would love to pull your chebby behind his truck. He loved that truck and loves all of you and im sure he understands if you sell it. But if i may be so bold to suggest to keep the truck, maybe keep a pic of him on the dash to remind you when you go down that track that he is watching over you all.
