Rough Idle and Acceleration
HELP!!!!!
I have an 2006 6.0 and I have a very rough idle and acceleration all the time. No codes or engine lights on so, I replaced both fuel filters and it seems to be worse.
The ICP module was replaced along wih the entire EGR system about 25,0000 miles ago. Not sure what it could be?
Any advise would be helpfull!!!!

174.000 miles......did have Bully Triple Dog but it was removed after the EGR cooler and valve was replaced. I am working on getting the EGR valve out to clean it. maybe it is stuck?

could be a number of things. the hpop stc fitting, one of the hpop seals, the hpop itself, or just some crud stuck in the ipr valve. mine was doing the same thing and now the truck wont even run. it could also be an injector seal issue letting combustion pressure into the fuel system.
to test and see if its the icp just unplug the sensor if it runs better with it unplugged then thats the problem. when its unplugged the computer uses its default data to run the truck not the icp sensor readings.
to test for combustion pressure in the fuel system. disconnect the fuel lines from the lower filter housing on the frame and (on the engine side) and attach a balloon to each one. pull the fuse to the fuel pump and have a buddy turn the engine over and if one of the balloons inflates then which ever banks fuel line inflates the balloon had at leat one bad injector/ injector seal.
if those tests pass then its most likely one of the hpop problems mentioned above.
