Calipers
Are these calipers any good:

They are only guaranteeing the finish to 500 degrees, your truck is going to be pushing those limits. If you feel brake fade, then it's getting close to that mark in the caliper.
It looks like the manufacturer is Brake Pads | Axxis Brake Pads | Brake Calipers | NHT Color Brake Calipers | NuGeon Auto Components, Inc. - Home The pads are imported and I would suspect the calipers are made in china too. I would go for SSBC or another company before trying these. You may also want to check on caliper rebuild kits, we once sent a set out to be ceramic coated and then we rebuilt it in house. It was a beautiful setup, shiny stainless steal based ceramic coating on the rotors and calipers. Once we wore off the coating on the brake surface of the rotor it stopped pretty good.
