Thats a very vague question. MPG can vary WILDLY depending on your local terrain, useage of truck, how you drive, truck configuration, etc. As Ryan said.... get some seat time, and make your decision based off that.
What will you be using the truck for? How much weight do you pull? Do you want a top of the line luxury truck? What motors are you considering?

The nav with sync is definitely the best system available. The platinum has arguably the best interior. Ford's reliability is probably better than GM's and definitely beats Dodge. Ford has a lot of cool features-tailgate step, cooled seats, factory trailer brakes, e-locker...
You can break down the three brands into 3 different categories
1. High HP
2. Work Horse
3. Mix of Work/Play
the way I see it, no single brand has all of the 3 categories above nailed down. They each specialize. I break them down like so
1. High HP = Chevy - pretty much good for nothing else.
2. Work Horse = Fords - beat the crap out of it, and it'll come back asking for more...little short of HP compared to the other brands though
3. Mix Work/Play - Dodge - not the best for HP, but respectable...pre-09's can handle some loads....but the brand is plagued with alot of reliability problems
