IPR clean or replace?

IPR clean or replace?
I took my IPR out, and I can take it apart and clean it tomorrow but a buddy that works at an IH dealer said to just repace it. can't get any parts till monday but what does a new IPR and sol. cost? and both O rings on the inside tip are toast. is that my problem? just repace the O rings and put it back together?

they are just stock IPR and I believe they are cheaper than the Ford dealer. I bought my IPR from them for my new SD HPOP since it was the cheapest price I could find. But if your o-rings are bad I would just get new o-ring kit.
