Any Ragweed/ red dirt music fans here?

Im from florida and While looking for alternatives to the taylor swift, rascall **** **** on the radio all the time ive discovered The red dirt rock and roll and traditional country music movement. All I got to say is awesome! Cross canadian ragweed, Roger Creager, Jason boland and the stragglers. those are who Ive been listen' to the most lately. Love it!

I like cross Canadian Ragweed. Good group - my favorite is Don't Need You. Also Rodney Crowell's Sex and Gasoline is a good song.

man i've been listenin to him on lastfm.com...he is awesome. Tell him he needs to come down to the north florida south 'bama or georgia area. And tell him hes got a new fan....

No, "Beer" is a cover. It was originally done by Reel Big Fish, a ska band.

I love Cross Canadian Ragweed. They played a very small bar here a year or two back, but I couldn't get it because I was under 21. It would have been great. There were like only 75 people there. Check other names like Reckless Kelly, Chris Knight, Shooter Jennings, Jamey Johnson, and Justin Moore. You'll find some good really good country/ red dirt stuff.
