Without trying to sound like too much of a jerk......
Why? There's a lot more to be said for a fast, powerful truck than a truck that gives the eco-**** terrorists more ammunition against our beloved hobby.
There IS a reason that the EPA has mandated emission controls on diesel engines.....and a big push for the controls comes from folks that like to leave a smoke trail.
Don't ruin it for everyone....it's not going to get better.
Oh, and while I'm on the subject....
Emission controls on diesels are bad. They're worse for the environment than non-emission controlled diesels. However, the idiots that think they're doing the world a huge service by "cleaning up" the diesel world are doing nothing more than using more fuel and killing the lifespan of diesel engines....not to mention making the engine control systems more unreliable.
