Will 2001 diesel leaf springs fit a 2003 diesel truck? Are there any differences? They only have 500 miles on them supposedly they have been in storage. Are they still good?
Here is my issue: I currently am running a 6" lift with 35" tires. I would like to get to like a 4 inch lift. Are the stock leaf spings the best way to go? Should I buy a superlift 4" complete suspension lift. The problem is a superlift is like 1500 bucks and the stock ones I can get for cheap. How are people lifting their trucks 4" are they keeping their leaf spings or buying all new ones?

Stock springs, stack with superlift add-a-leaf, stack with fabtech add-a-leaf
Thats how the local diesel shop told me to do a basic 4" cheater lift. Have not tried this, but I do have the superlift add-a-leaf.
