i got a ford 91 f250 with a 5.0
engine and 5 speed trans.
i also have the same kind of t
ruck
except with an automatic trans
and a bad engine
how hard would it be to switch trans?
i want to put the auto trans in the
good truck

If the auto is the E4OD, you'll have to move the crossmember back, have the driveshafts cut, add the wiring harness & change the computer, and add the OD kill switch in the dash. With any manual-to-auto swap, you have to change the steering column, add a tranny cooler, & add a shift indicator to the cluster.
