Cost to fix?
I know someone who wants to let go of thier 92 ford stepside 4x4 for 700 bucks and it needs a pass. winder (window) and an oil pump. he drives it some now but after awhile it loses oil pressure. How much could I expect to get this repaired by a good shop? Approxametly of course.

Uhh, maybe $500-$700. It really depends where you are and where you go. I would caution you that in my experience an engine that needs an oil pump usually ends up needing an engine. (Worn out main bearings) Especially if they guy has been driving it with a weak pump.
