It's finally back together!!!!
After a few setbacks I finally drove my truck home today with its rebuilt C6. I put the low ratio gear set in, the five HD clutch pack and band as well as a HD servo and F lever. I picked up a Lokar kickdown cable as I never fixed the rod once I put the 460 in. How does it work, in a word "WOW". I never realized how bad it was working until I drove it today, crisp firm shifts, and a kickdown that gets your attention when it drops into the sweet spot of the RPM band. I only wish the rain would let up a little, I'd like to try a few launches to see how much improvement there is.
