Wheel offsets?
Does anyone know the factory offset for a 2005 Excursion?? I know you need a spacer to use the newer f-250 wheels but what about aftermarket wheels. Every wheel i look at has a different offset and backspace? any help would be great as i dont want to buy the wrong wheels. thanks in advance..Mike

It kinda depends on what width tire you want to run. If you are getting an 8" wide rim then the typical backspacing is 4.5" with an offset of -12mm (which is like having a 4" backspace). Anywhere between 4" to 4.5" effective backspace should be suitable.
Not sure on the factory wheels though.... would be interested in that as well.
