Wheels

Will wheels from a 3/4 ton 8lug 88-98 Chevy/GMC work on a 1982 f-250 with 8lugs?

Thanks

I believe any of the 8 lug wheels will swap between different makes of trucks as they are all 8 on 6.5" bolt lug pattern (except the '98 and newer Fords, they use a different, metric, spacing, and are hub-centric instead of using the lugs to center the wheels). Something to watch for would be the offset/backspacing on the wheels being different, and some wheels may have different sized centers.

I believe factory chevy rims won't work due to having a smaller center hole, but any aftermarket rims will interchange.

The bolt patterns are the same, the wheels on my truck were previously on a 69 GMC and then on a early 90's chevy. If you are looking at factory chevy/GMC wheels, then your only concern would be the center hole. Just measure it before you buy them.
