manual hub conversion

Will the warn hubs for 99-04 work on my truck even though i have auto hubs?

Yes. The Warn and Warn Premium hubs for 99-04 are designed to replace the auto hubs.

Yes I believe they will and I am almost sure that they are a direct swap too. On some years you need a spindle nut kit but I dont think you need it in 04.

how does it cap the vacumm lines?

I beleive that you have to do that. You can disconnect them at the hub and use a small bot with a clamp and zip tie them up to the abs sensor wire or do it at the fender where the control module is. Either way is good.
