Soak it in WD-40 and work it out a little at a time, backing it out and threading it back in a little bit to clear the threads. Hopefully it wasn't cross-threaded when it was put in.
What engine is it, anyway? And have you tried it hot and cold?

Ill go and try again once it stops raining. Thank guys
x2 with the pb. you might want to use try heating it with a torch too if you can get at it withough burning anything else. I assume this is a head on an engine in the truck?
use the pb blaster. the in and out method works well too. treat it like a woman. you wana be gentle and not just force it. back and forth while applying the blaster will get you pretty far. let it soak a few days too with the pb, giving it a few squirts once a day or so.
WD-40 has always worked well for me- I don't care what anyone says. Of course, I've only been doing this for 20 years. And this is the only rusty one I've ever had.
Whichever aerosol you use, do be careful like highboy1975 said. If you get frustrated, put down the ratchet, spray it again and walk away. That's a lot easier than putting heli-coils in the plug hole after you've ruined the threads- or having to get a new head!
