Clicking Noise??
So im driving on the freeway and my truck starts shaking really bad and i roll down my window thinking my tire is popped. It turns out all the tires are fine but there is like a popping sound coming from underneath my truck..

Any ideas??

I backed up a short distance with one hub engaged to back up without tearing up my road and got a clicking sound for a while at low speed.

Did you unlock your hubs? If you have shift on the fly, then maybe your hubs aren't unlocking.

It could be caused by any number of things, Terra. Low tire pressure (other than the popping sound), worn suspension components, ball joints, wheel bearing, steering damper, etc...you need to get the front end up on some stands - soon - and start shaking stuff around a little bit to track the problem down.

Okay so I crawled underneath it and grabbed ahold of the driveshaft and its shakier then hell...Ujoints?

i checked tire pressure, hubs, etc. and nothing

Which driveshaft? Front or rear?

The front shakes but the rear is worse

Given the info you've posted, I would suspect the U-joints are bad on your rear driveshaft. Reasonably easy job. Do you do your own repair work?

Unfortunetly no. How much does it usually run to get them replaced?
