Making progress...and have pictures!

Another question - the bumper - is that the same bumper that's chrome in the first picture? If it is, how did you get the paint to stick to it? I'm kinda curious about that as my bumper is rust-pitted but otherwise straight...
I had to laugh at the banner ad that greeted me when I went to go see your pics - it asked me if I was a "Sparkly Vampire" - something about a Twilight quiz... Real vampires don't sparkle, dammit!
Still got a long way to go, but I'm feeling good about what has been completed. Next step: fabricating a ducktail spoiler for the bed. Haven't really started it yet, but I'll put "
" in advance. I have settled on my wheels, which will remain undisclosed for the time being.
That and the spoiler, hood scoop (still undecided), stripes, and 1" drop in the rear should make for a mean ride.

2. Yes. I sanded the snot out of it with 120 grit before I painted it, and we'll just have to see how well it stays on. I also painted the inside after I sanded the snot out of it. I just used semi-gloss black engine paint.
3. FYI- I used Rust-Oleum. Their clear engine paint is awesome as a clear coat on dark colors, as long as you use Rust-Oleum for your color coat too. Take a closer look at the glove box door and tell me what you see.

4.
For God's sake...at least give me a wizard or the Grim Reaper or something that could come out of a Black Sabbath song.
