Sometimes turbo boost, sometimes not....help

Hi to all the 6.0 experts. Recently when I start my Ex I never know whether the thing is going to run right or not. It starts and idles fine. But about every other time I drive it, it feels like there is no turbo boost. I can push the pedal to the floor (gradually) and it makes no difference. The last time it did this I drove about 30 miles to work and it was like that the whole way. The next time I drove it, it ran normally. It is totally stock. Any ideas?

Do you get any trouble codes? I had a bad turbo replaced at 12k. I didn't notice any difference in the way it drive but I did get a trouble code.

I understand it is a pain in the but to replace the turbo. Mine was replaced by the dealer the same day under warranty.

No other indications, no lights, no nothing. Weird.

It is still under warranty but I wanted some ideas before I take it in. The warranty is almost over, 400 miles and 3 months remaining. The dealer sometimes acts shady.......
