Updated Flashes.....how and why to get them
Hello,
I am out of warranty as of 4/1 of this year. I have a 2004 PSD.
My truck runs great, I have NO starting issues, idling issues, power issues or driveability issues.
I run a Superchips 1704 plug-n-play.
I am uncertain when my vehicle was last flashed, probably as late as 2006 and never again that I know of.
How does one go about getting current flashes if you are out of warranty...Do I have to pay for these?
Should I even bother since I am not experiencing any issues?
Should I switch to an SCT tuner.....do they make dependable programming that includes updated information for the truck to avoid getting new flashes?

I am also wondering the same as i am out of warranty and I have the old buzz flash and want to go to the heat inductive which is suppose to be better for the injectors. I think there might be another flas out there...I remember someone saying they are about 125$ if my memory serves me correct...
