Woo thanks!
Here's a little intro to the vehicles we have..
Vehicle information cause that's what everyone is interested in..
Wife's 4x4:
1987 Ford Bronco
Mods: Solid Axle swap with 9" coil springs, Dana 44 up front and Ford 9" in the rear. on 40" boggers. 1996 351w motor swap with a 78 C6 trans completely rebuilt with a jr shift kit installed. The SAS is actually 98% completed. Need to weld a couple things.. Should be done next week..
Here's a pic of it from Azusa Canyon in January before we did the SAS
My 4x4 (need to fix some things on it)
1979 Ford Bronco
400 with a C6. 4" lift on 35" BFG MT's. I picked it up for $500 bucks. Fixing some things on it then I'll smog/tag it.. Haven't done much to it since I'm working on the wife's rig. Not much to look at, but for 500 bucks I'm pretty stoked with it. Can't wait to wheel it.
Family vehicle / Wife's Daily driver / Tow & Recovery Rig
2001 Ford F250
7.3L Turbo Diesel. 6" on 37" Pro comp extreeme AT's. PO's set it up for towing a 5th wheel. It has the EGT/Trans/Manifold preasure gauges, Toque converter lock, turbo timer, after market deep sump trans pan, and the knarly bumpers.. My buddies call it the "Urban Assult Vehicle"
This is it at Azusa
My daily driver is a 2007 Yamaha R1..
My wife has her own sportbike. It's an 2005 Yamaha R6.
So ya.. That's us in a nutshell..

Brand new 35" BFG MT's, 4" lift kit and brand new body mount bushings.
Darn right I stole it..
2 negative things about it.. $400 in back registration fees and it was not running on more then 4 cylinders.
Registration - There's a place in Temecula that does car registration. They know all the tricks and what not with the DMV. They're going to bring it up to current non op status for $100
Engine - rebuilt the carb (Found 1 side was completely clogged). Changed the cap/rotor and plugs. Thing purs like a kitten now. Has an idle issue, but It's due to not adjusting anything on the carb after the rebuild and I'm pretty sure the old vacuum hoses need to be repalced. No biggie I have replacement vacuum line waiting to go in.
So total I have roughly 600 into it so far. Purchase of the bronco, gas to pick it up and tow it home and parts..
I want to do more but the wife has made it clear I am to get her bronco fixed before I mess with mine.

Ya. Makes me wish I wouldn't have done the SAS.. I've been working on her bronco forever now.
Plus I've been trying to track down a high idle issue on her bronco. I'm hoping the TPS I bought yesterday fixes that..
Oh.. I also have to change the clockspring on the F250..
*sigh* my poor bronco just has to keep waiting.. But it's ok cause I knew it was going to be like this when I bought it.I just wanted to get it in my back yard so no one else can buy it. Didn't want to miss on the deal of the year!
