Welcome to FTE. This is a great place to get help and ideas for your Ranger.
How bouncy is your ride? Mine were bad when I bought the truck with 58k miles on it so I replaced them. I had trouble holding a line in it at 60 mph. I'd say you should be replacing the second set about now.

Thanks that is what I was thinking, its not to bouncy but I think they are the original shocks. I just got the truck a week ago I already love Ford Rangers seems like a good truck 1990 4X4 2.9L 5 speed 150,000 1 owner, I am hoping it will last me 3 years then I want to get a new one.
Thanks for your reply,
Have a good day
Best Regards,
Dewking
Seems like they should have been replaced long before 150k. Originals don't usually last much past 50k from what I've seen. You should notice a good difference in the ride once you change them.
