high idle
i was wonderin if any one had this same problem with their efi i6 and how they fixed it,when you start it it will idle ok but then after a min or two it will start racing idle again, i spaced the mass air flow sensor away from the unit and it seems to stay a little lower but i would like normal idle

Check for vacuum leaks.
Trace all of your hoses and make sure they're all hooked up.
What year truck is it?
If it's a mid '90s, I've heard of more than one of them having bad
seals in the power brake booster.

If the throttle body has an idle stop screw on it (throttle linkage to throttle body area), might be a matter of setting it. Not sure if the procedure is the same as others, but it would involve disconnecting the wiring connector from the IAC motor and setting the idle at a certain rpm, then reconnecting. If there are no vacuum leaks or anything else awry (throttle linkage sticking, throttle body dirty, etc.), then that might likely be part of the problem.
