i was watching the old video about my truck that came from the dealer. the gut i bought my 02 from saved it and gave it to me along with all the dealer supplied info, books and pamplets this guy saved every thing but the window sticker. the one thing i wish i had. i would like to know what axle ratio i have and if it has limited slip or posi.
but to my question the video said that the trucks came with shift on the fly 4x4 and could be ran with the hubs in auto or you could manually lock them in. well my after market rims have a solid cap on them.
is there a manual hub under there.that can be locked in. i have had 3 1985 toyotas and liked the hubs.i really dont care for all the auto push button 4x4 stuff.
For the axle ratio, look on the little tab attached to one of the bolts on the diff itself.
Post what you see on the tab and we can tell ya what you have.
